Congrats Kayla!

I can't even begin to express how excited for my Niece Kayla. I was so excited when she called me today to tell me that she made the try-outs for the Nutcracker!! She gets to be a snowflake!! It's funny how the Nutcracker isn't the same every where you go. I tried to tell her that when I was young I was in the Nutcracker too. But I was a Lamb my first time. (I guess they don't have lambs down there, she had no idea what I was talking about) But I'm so excited!! I wish I could come. Maybe for the next Dance Recital!! I love you girls!!!

Thanks Jessica. I can't believe you've already got a post on about that and I don't. You're awesome. I went to the end of the first rehersal to see the dance they had learned. The Russain lady taught them. It was so dang cute I was watching through the window holding back the tears of pride. Kayla was so cute I just couldn't stand it. It has been so fun to watch her become a little ballerina and love it so much. She my little graceful girl.

I was telling Kayla that you had made a post about her making the Nutcracker this morning and Savannah overheard me. She came to me with a sad look and said, "She didn't make one for me? But I'm her special girl!" She was so serious. It was so cute. She thinks she's your special girl.
