Click to see pictures bigger. Well yesterday Cameron finally did his Solo towards his Private Pilots License. So he is on the downward side before he can officially be a pilot :) I'm so proud of him!! He's done so well with taking the extra time to get his hours in even if it means getting up early to go before school. I had the opportunity to be out at the airport while he was doing his solo. Tyson ( his instructor ) has been amazing to work with and is always willing to go out with him. After a few test runs yesterday he got out of the plane and came and got me. We walked out between a taxiway and one of the runways. So I got to be there first hand to watch Cameron from the minute he took off to the minute he landed ( Three Times!) . He did so good! I've been giving Cameron a hard time the last few weeks and been nervous about him wrecking. Which I think I have every right to be with Blaine Pugmire a few years ago and now Bishop Loveless this last week. Thank goodness Cameron always puts it in prospective for me he has a better chance of dieing while driving than in the plane! Just wanted to let ya'll know how proud I am of him and the wonderful progress he's making.

We are so proud of you too Cameron. Get a good pilot job so you guys can come and see us whenever you want. Thanks for not wrecking and making Jessica a young widow. Who is Bishop Loveless???? What happened there? Glad you are loving married life.

Wow that is awesome! I wish I were as comfortable flying :) Scottie still has my finger prints in his thigh from our last trip! Maybe if I knew the pilot I wouldn't be so worried- Cameron next time you're flying to AZ or KY/Cincy area let me know maybe I'll dare take the flight! Congrats again!
way to go. we are proud of you, and your confidence about it made me feel alot better about this homework. however, i am glad that i did not know you were doing your solo until it was over. love you guys sooo much. thanks for the great hotel room last week. it was good to see your little place without all the stuff in the kitchen and living room. you are making a really cute little first home. love you both tonz, mommy steele also glad to hear that you are making friends in the ward and loving it.
Good luck! It's a long hard road! My husband still doesn't have his pilot's license after a year, although he's not going to be a pilot anymore...

That's awesome! Yeah I heard about your husbands solo. I know how that is, when Cody solo'd..is that how you spell it? i dunno..lol anyways! when he solo'd I was nervous but then I knew he'd be fine. Now if it was me in the plane..yeah I'm in trouble haha. But thats neat you got to see you guy solo! I had to freakin work and didn't get to see Cody solo his, but I know he's doing great at it! P.S. your new blog layout and header are so cute! love it!

Way to go Cameron!!! Congrats! It's a good thing Ben learned to fly before he met me. I don't think I could of handled watching him learn to fly.
